I've been missing this space so much, especially considering I took a whopping 2000 photos on our 2-week holiday to California. I know, a wee bit excessive, but we were surrounded by Cali beauty, Disney and beaches, so it was all too easy to snappity-snap away.
Here is a little sneak peak of all the precious fun to come. Morgan was completely awe struck by all of the Disney princesses. She'd run to them with a squeal and open arms. And you know what, I think they were all pretty taken with her too. I was amazed and grateful with how much individual time they take with each little girl. Truly listening and soaking in their sweetness. Disney has it absolutely nailed with, 'the happiest place on earth'.
I can't wait to share all the magical bliss, although I feel overwhelmed with the picture selection, so many goodies! It was an absolute marathon, getting in all the action with these two little ones, especially because Cove wanted to jump every line and would have been happy playing in a simple grassy area all day. And it didn't matter how many times he licked something he shouldn't have, because Disney is the cleanest place in the United States. Was it worth the gong show- YES. It was wild, and by the end of the day, we were floating on a happy cloud of cotton candy, exhausted and all sugared out...but totally ready and excited to dominate Disney again in a day or two.
Its good to be home, but I must say, we fell in love with the Californian coast and the other family we travelled with. The coast wooed us in ways we never imagined, and truly felt like a home away from home. We tried Cali on, and it fit like the comfiest pair of shoes. Shoes we really didn't want to take off. The wheels are turning...but for now, just soaking in all the awesome memories, and pictures, pictures, pictures.
